The Bungalow:

Welcoming All Parts of You
with Compassion and Curiosity

All clinicians in our practice have a person centered, emotion focused, trauma informed, spiritually inspired, compassionate approach.

We are not the expert on you. You are.
We are here to help excavate your true self and empower you in wisdom and wholehearted living.

Much of our work together will include looking to past learnings, childhood events and relationships, and trauma that developed into coping mechanisms to keep you safe, avoid pain, and get your needs met.

We will look for the events and relationships in
your story that developed barriers to connection and create new ways of being in relationship with yourself and others. This work has been life-changing for all of us and it is our honor to share these frameworks, practices, wisdom, and healing modalities with you.

Our team is full of therapists who see a therapist. Everyone on our team is engaged in doing their own work. We believe this value keeps us remaining curious, clear, and accountable to our own inner healing and growth.

We specialize in a range of trauma informed modalities that allow us to customize and adapt an approach that creates genuine transformation for your unique life experience.

These modalities include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Polyvagal Theory, and Narrative Therapy.

We are committed to providing clinically sound and empirically proven techniques that will assist you towards living a fully alive life.
